Hoiana Hotel & Suites, one of the signature hotels of Hoiana Resort & Golf in Vietnam, was recently awarded a 4-Star rating by Forbes Travel Guide (FTG), the global authority on luxury hospitality. The distinction recognizes the hotel for its exceptional service standards and quality of facilities, placing it among a select group of internationally recognized luxury properties.
With this achievement, Hoiana Hotel & Suites becomes one of only a limited number of hotels in Vietnam to receive a Forbes Travel Guide star rating.
Located within the integrated Hoiana Resort & Golf complex, the all-suite hotel features 134 spacious suites and offers guests direct access to the resort’s diverse lifestyle and leisure offerings, including more than 25 restaurants and bars, a Robert Trent Jones Jr-designed championship golf course, state-of-the-art pickleball courts, a dedicated kids’ club, and a premier indoor entertainment hub.
The harmony of service
Forbes Travel Guide ratings are determined through an independent and rigorous evaluation against up to 900 objective standards. While Hoiana Hotel & Suites is noted for its suite-only accommodation and sweeping coastal views, the 4-Star recognition places particular emphasis on the “soft” elements of hospitality, service that is intuitive, consistent and genuinely personal.
Central to the evaluation is the harmony of the guest journey. At Hoiana Hotel & Suites, luxury is expressed not only through design, but through how each moment is experienced. Seamless collaboration across teams ensures that every interaction, from arrival to departure, feels natural, thoughtful, and unforced, allowing guests to truly Feel Your Way.
A shared achievement
“Receiving a 4-Star rating from Forbes Travel Guide is a meaningful achievement for Hoiana,” said Jimmy Lopez, Senior Vice President of Hospitality at Hoiana Resort & Golf. “Consistency is one of the most challenging standards in hospitality, delivering the same level of care and attention every day, at every touchpoint. This recognition belongs to our colleagues, whose dedication and professionalism create an environment where guests feel naturally at ease, supported by attentive, unobtrusive hospitality.”
Elevating the destination
Set along the coastline of Central Vietnam and located near the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hoi An, Hoiana Hotel & Suites continues to strengthen its position as a refined base for international travelers seeking thoughtful service and a strong sense of place.
While marking this milestone, Hoiana Resort & Golf remains focused on continuous progress. The Forbes Travel Guide 4-Star rating serves as both recognition and responsibility, a foundation upon which the team will continue to evolve its offerings, refine service, and uphold the consistency that defines enduring luxury.
