Macau-based Aramont Company Limited and South Korea’s Mongterang International Limited have launched their jointly owned AXPRO iVIDEO into Vietnam via Palazzo Club in Ho Chi Minh City, marking the module’s first casino installation outside South Korea.

The installation is described as a significant milestone in bringing AI-powered intelligence to casino operations in Vietnam.

Mongterang and Aramont hold joint intellectual property ownership for AXPRO, with Mongterang serving as the technology developer behind the AXPRO platform and Aramont leading international sales outside South Korea, plus deployment, installation and ongoing operational support in the region. The two companies said they worked jointly with the Palazzo Club team through system integration, testing and commissioning to bring the module into live operation.

AXPRO is an artificial-intelligence-based technology suite developed by Mongterang for the casino floor, comprising several integrated modules designed to enhance gaming operations, surveillance, marketing promotion, jackpot and floor intelligence. iVideo, the module now live at Palazzo Club, applies AI-driven video monitoring to the venue’s surveillance and floor-monitoring environment.

AXPRO iVideo delivers AI-powered video intelligence that automatically detects and records jackpot and bonus events in real time, enabling faster surveillance, efficient video retrieval, operational insights and audit support – all through a non-invasive solution that integrates seamlessly with existing gaming operations. The successful go-live at Palazzo Club validates both the platform’s readiness for live casino environments and the partnership’s capacity to deliver end-to-end technology projects in emerging gaming markets.

“Today marks the moment our vision for bringing AI to the casino floor became a working reality on the ground in Vietnam,” said Jothy Sitharthan, CEO of Aramont Company Limited.

“The go-live of AXPRO iVideo at Palazzo Club is a significant milestone for Aramont and for our partnership with Mongterang. Bringing a proven, AI-based casino-floor solution to Vietnam demonstrates our commitment to introducing world-class gaming technology to operators across the region and we are proud to have delivered this project alongside our partners at Palazzo Club. This is the first of many deployments we intend to bring to market.”

Steve Park, CEO of Mongterang International Ltd

Steve Park, CEO of Mongterang, added, “For years we have been building AXPRO to prove that artificial intelligence can transform how casinos see and understand their floor, and Palazzo Club is where that promise came to life. Seeing AXPRO iVideo perform successfully in a live environment at Palazzo Club is a proud moment for our entire team.

“Our motto is ‘We See More Than You Think,’ and more exciting modules are waiting to go live, such as iTournament, iDraw, iJackpot and iBonus. More importantly, more table-related modules are coming soon under the iTable category.”

The two companies have indicated that the Palazzo Club deployment lays the groundwork for the introduction of additional AXPRO modules and further installations across Asia and international markets.
