Inside Asian Gaming earlier this month teamed up with Light & Wonder and the Hann Foundation on an important new charity initiative, Light Up Impact, providing critical support for communities in the Philippine province of Pampanga that have been heavily impacted by recently heavy rain and floods.
Led by Light & Wonder, which proposed and funded the initiative, members of the Light & Wonder and IAG teams sourced, packed and distributed 900 kits containing selected food and non-food essentials to two communities in desperate need of support.
Hann Foundation, the social development arm of the HANN Group, also played a major role by identifying the communities and working with local authorities to ensure those most in need received the benefit. Hann Foundation accompanied the Light & Wonder and IAG teams on distribution day.
The Philippine Air Force also chipped in to help transport the kits, with the coordinated effort receiving a warm welcome from the local Filipino people.
