Sportsbook solution supplier DATA.BET has provided insight into performance data from its virtual content, which is developed entirely in-house and therefore giving the team direct control over content configuration and update cycles.
According to the company, events run continuously, 24 hours a day, with no dependency on real-world fixture schedules. Content is delivered through bot-vs-bot matches that run automatically without player involvement.
Between 1Q25 and 1Q26, virtual content accounted for 39% of total virtual sports turnover and 45% of profits, recording growth across core commercial metrics:
- +299% active users
- +129% across clients GGR
- +246% events per quarter
- +218% bets placed
Beyond the numbers, DATA.BET said its virtual content directly addresses key operator challenges by filling gaps in content quantity and quality during low-season periods, reducing day-to-day operational responsibilities and maintaining reliable data flow across all touchpoints. The audience profile also overlaps closely with live football bettors, supporting natural retention during summer breaks, it said.
Powered by algorithms, DATA.BET added that it carries no fraud exposure, operates with stable margins and supports In-Stream Betting overlay with near-zero latency between broadcast and market updates.
“Over the past year, our bot-vs-bot virtual content has delivered consistent, measurable results across every operator deployment. Building e-Football in-house gives us the flexibility to configure it to what each operator actually needs – whether that is a specific league structure, a particular mix of bot and player content, or a branded competition format,” said Rostyslav Likhtin, Head of Product at DATA.BET.
