Long-time Solaire executive Andrea Aguirre-Jugueta has become the latest to announce a move to the UAE and Wynn Al Marjan Island, revealing via social media that she will become the property’s Vice President, Private Access.
Aguirre-Jugueta becomes one of many former senior Solaire figures to join Wynn Al Marjan Island, including its Executive Vice President, Head of Gaming, Cyrus Sherafat, and former SVP of Resort Operations at Solaire Resort North, Gianpietro Iseppi.
The US$5.1 billion ultra-luxury Wynn property is scheduled to open in 2027 although the company has flagged a “modest delay” due to the impact of the Middle East conflict.
Aguirre-Jugueta has spent almost a decade at Solaire, originally as a Director and VP of Retail and most recently as VP for Strategic Partnerships.

In a social media post, she said, “There is something rare about a company with a vision so bold as to pioneer a destination that will redefine luxury hospitality across this part of the world.”
She added, “Private Access is, at its heart, the craft of earning trust. It is built on discretion, judgement, and a deep understanding of what matters before it’s ever expressed. Effortless, unforgettable, almost addictive when done well. I have the privilege of helping bring this to life alongside an extraordinary group of colleagues who care as deeply about detail and intention as I do.”
Wynn describes Private Access – currently available at its Las Vegas resort – as an exclusive, invite-only program and dedicated guest experience team at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, with members and guests of the tier enjoying customized VIP services such as priority dining and entertainment reservations, personalized itinerary planning and comped parking.
