Lotte Tour Development reported casino sales of KRW50.4 billion (US$35.2 million) in October, down 4.7% year-on-year and representing one of the few months this year in which sales have fallen.

It is also the first time since January that casino drop amount has fallen compared with the previous month and the first time since January that visitation had suffered a similar decline. October saw casino volume fall 3.0% to KRW284.4 billion (US$199 million) month-on-month and visitation drop from 59,050 in September to 58,166.

Sales were, however, up by almost 109% compared with the same period last year – highlighting the property’s significant growth over the past 12 months.

By segment, table game sales fell by 5.3% month-on-month to KRW48.4 billion (US$33.8 million) while gaming machine sales increased by 12.4% to KRW2.06 billion (US$1.44 million). Hotel sales grew by 7.3% month-on-month to KRW7.44 billion (US$5.20 million).

For the first nine months of 2025 combined, casino sales at Jeju Dream Tower are up 56.9% year-on-year to KRW384.4 billion (US$269 million). Hotel revenue is down 9.4% to KRW66.6 billion (US$46.6 million).

Jeju Dream Tower is the tallest building in Jeju at 38 floors or 169 meters high and features a retail mall, 14 restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool deck, top floor skydeck with lounge, two spas and a casino boasting 150 tables and 300 slot machines.

The casino was relocated from its former home at the smaller Lotte Hotel Jeju in June 2021 and covers more than 5,000 square meters, offering 141 gaming tables, 190 slot machines and 71 electronic table games.
