Just days after announcing a new event in 2017 at Paradise City in Korea, the Asian Poker Tour has added another stop to its schedule with APT Southeast Asia 2017 to be held from 1 to 7 July.
This marks not only a new venue for the APT but also the opening of the latest Poker King Club room and the anniversary celebrations of the host venue – Star Vegas Resort & Club located in Poipet, Cambodia. It’s now two years since the Star Vegas became part of Donaco International Limited, a public company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
The week-long poker festivities feature a US$1,100 Main Event starting on 3 July as well as No Limit Holdem, Head Hunter, High Rollers, Deep Stack Turbos and Monster Stack events.
Joey Lim, Managing Director and CEO of Donaco, said, “Donaco is very pleased to work with the APT and Poker King Club on this exciting event for our players in Thailand and across Asia. Star Vegas is a top quality venue for international players, and we look forward to bringing a top tier poker tournament to Poipet.”
