Global gaming supplier Light & Wonder will showcase an array of licensed slot machine titles at next week’s Global Gaming EXPO (G2E) in Las Vegas, led by “Kong: Skull Island Unchained” – a sequel to the popular “Kong” franchise.

The new release will join a slate of other highly anticipated licensed titles including “Gremlins,” “Willy Wonka Wondrous Bonbon Voyage” and new additions to the “Wizard Of Oz” franchise, the company said in a preview.

It added that “Back To The Future,” “Creature From The Black Lagoon” and “The Wolf Man” mark other new additions to Light & Wonder’s portfolio of licensed titles, complemented by the continued evolution of some of its most popular franchises, including “Ultimate Fire Link” and “Huff N’ Puff.”

“G2E is all about the games, and this year we’re bringing one of our strongest and most diverse lineups yet,” said Matt Wilson, President and CEO at Light & Wonder. “From iconic brands players immediately recognize, to franchises we’ve built and grown across our business, our portfolio demonstrates the depth of our content pipeline and the power of great games. Combined with innovative hardware and technology across our businesses, we’re giving customers more ways to deliver unforgettable experiences to players.”

Also on display will be a comprehensive hardware portfolio.

According to information released overnight, “Lightwave Solar” brings the immersive “Lightwave” bank-wide experience into a singular, modular and configurable offering for the casino floor, featuring new content including “Huff N’ Puff Open House.”

Making its global debut at G2E, the new “Firebird” cabinet is anchored by a towering 55-inch main display, seamlessly integrated 32-inch upper display and dynamic MLED fire wings. A new 3D audio package further surrounds players in game features, designed to create an immersive experience to command attention on the casino floor.

Light & Wonder said its hardware and content portfolio demonstrates its continued focus on pairing compelling games with purpose-built platforms that provide operators with greater flexibility and deliver distinctive player experiences.

In table games, Light & Wonder will showcase the continued evolution of its tables portfolio across live, electronic and hybrid table games.

This includes Nexlink, the company’s next-generation progressive system, creating a new platform for elevated jackpot, bonus and progressive content while introducing smarter operator tools and greater connectivity.

Obsidian standalone will represent the newest addition to the Obsidian line, while on the live side, Multideck Ultra advances the company’s flagship shuffler with proprietary AI card recognition, a True RNG, a modernized multilingual interface and modular internals for faster service.

Meanwhile, the systems team will highlight solutions designed to create more seamless, personalized and connected experiences across the casino floor. The portfolio spans seamless wagering, AI-driven analytics and Dynamic Marketing, providing operators with tools to better understand their business, engage players and connect experiences across the property, Light & Wonder said.
