Inside Asian Gaming is pleased to announce the launch of the CiG iDEA Summit – a new high-level B2B forum held on Day 0 of the 2026 IAG EXPO in Manila on Monday 7 September that will examine the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape of online gaming across the Asia-Pacific region — with particular focus on the Philippines.
Curated for senior industry stakeholders, the iDEA Summit will provide insights and strategic analysis regarding recent policy and regulatory developments and what these signal for operators, suppliers, investors and regulators moving forward, especially against the current backdrop of significant changes in the Philippines market and the ongoing rollout of iGaming in New Zealand.
Organized by IAG’s sister brand Complete iGaming, the event will feature a carefully selected line-up of expert speakers addressing market structure, compliance, sustainability, technology and growth dynamics, anchored by a keynote address from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation(PAGCOR).
Specialist gaming law firm Arden Consult is the legal and regulatory partner for the event and will run a session detailing the current state of play for iGaming in the Philippines.
Timed to coincide with a pivotal period for the online gaming sector, the CiG iDEA Summit recognizes the growing emphasis among jurisdictions on regulatory clarity, market stability and long-term industry development for online gaming.
More than a conference, it is a platform for intelligence exchange, strategic insight and industry alignment at a defining moment for Asia-Pacific iGaming.
The addition of the CiG iDEA Summit to the IAG EXPO schedule provides even greater value for attendees alongside the existing array of high-level educational and networking events on offer.
The 2026 IAG EXPO will also include networking social Manila After Dark on the evening of Monday 14 September, the IAG EXPO Showcase on 15 and 16 September, the IAG Academy Summit on 15 and 16 September and the IAG Academy IR Awards on the evening of 15 September.
In addition, IAG and PAGCOR will co-host The Regulators Forum on Thursday 17 September, an invitation-only event providing regulators with a constructive, collegial and trusted environment in which to exchange perspectives, share experiences and strengthen professional connections.
