Korea’s Jeju Dream Tower registered another all-time record in casino drop and visitation in August, stretching its run of consecutive growth to seven months.

According to information from the property’s parent company Lotte Tour, August visitation reached 57,042 – up from the previous record of 56,691 set a month earlier – while casino drop grew by 2.5% to KRW281.1 billion (US$202 million). The figures included table drop of KRW251.5 billion (US$181 million) and machine drop of KRW29.6 billion (US$21.2 million).

The improved volumes didn’t quote convert to an all-time high for casino sales, which fell slightly to KRW43.0 billion (US$30.9 million) on lower table game hold.

For the first eight months of 2025 combined, casino sales at Jeju Dream Tower are up 46.1% year-on-year to KRW281.0 billion (US$202 million). Hotel revenue, on the other hand, is down 11.5% to KRW59.0 billion (US$42.3 million).

Jeju Dream Tower is the tallest building in Jeju at 38 floors or 169 meters high and features a retail mall, 14 restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool deck, top floor skydeck with lounge, two spas and a casino boasting 150 tables and 300 slot machines.

The casino was relocated from its former home at the smaller Lotte Hotel Jeju in June 2021 and covers more than 5,000 square meters, offering 141 gaming tables, 190 slot machines and 71 electronic table games.
