New Macau, the bilingual sister brand of Inside Asian Gaming dedicated to documenting the contribution of Macau’s six gaming concessionaires to the city’s economic diversification, has relaunched its website, new-mac.com, which has been rebuilt from the ground up.

The new site brings together a rich archive of non-gaming and economic diversification coverage: more than 2,100 articles in English and Traditional Chinese, organized into 15 New Macau quarterly print volumes, and nearly 200 weekly newsletters. With all this content organized in one place, every part of the NewMacau website is faster and easier to explore than ever before.

What’s new?

  • A fresh look. A clean, modern design in New Macau‘s signature blue and pink, taking its cues from the print volumes and putting photography and stories first.
  • Easier browsing. Explore New Macau’s reporting by quarter, article type, category, IR partner or strategic partner.
  • Who’s who in Macau’s diversification.Browse an A-to-Z directory of the more than 1,500 people featured in New Macau and see every story in which they appear.
  • A new way to read the print volumes.Every quarterly hardcover edition since 2023 can now be read cover to cover in an easy-to-use, page-turning flipbook, with direct links to each issue’s individual articles online.
  • Partners front and center. Dedicated pages showcase New Macau’s six IR partners and 28 strategic partners it has worked with over the years. The integrated resorts’ own CSR and ESG reports are also available directly on the site.
  • AI search. Search the entire New Macau archive by meaning, not just keywords, in Chinese or English.
  • Lightning-fast loading. Pages now load in milliseconds, on phones and desktops.

“New Macau was created to be the definitive record of economic diversification in Macau, and that record deserves a home worthy of it,” said Andrew W Scott, Vice Chairman and CEO of O MEDIA, publisher of New Macau.

“The new website brings together nearly four years of reporting, every print volume, with the people and partners driving Macau’s diversification at readers’ fingertips, in both English and Chinese, with pages that load near instantaneously. It is a resource built to serve government, industry and the whole Macau community.”

Readers can explore the bilingual new site at new-mac.com, and subscribe to the New Macau newsletter, published every Wednesday at 12 noon Macau time in Chinese and English.
