US-based AML compliance technology company Kinectify says it has signed on with four New South Wales clubs to help modernize their anti-money laundering compliance programs.
At a time when government and regulators are increasing their scrutiny on Australia’s expansive clubs industry, Kinectify revealed that Campsie RSL Group, St. Marys Rugby League Club, Club Burwood RSL Group and DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club are all investing in the group’s technology with a view to enhancing risk visibility, improving monitoring and supporting high-quality regulatory reporting.
“Australia is setting a new benchmark for AML compliance in the gaming sector and leading clubs recognize that effective risk management requires more than people alone; it also requires technology,” said Kinectify Founder and CEO, Joseph Martin. “AML compliance is fundamentally an information-processing challenge. Technology is best equipped to collect, analyse, and monitor vast amounts of data, enabling compliance teams to focus on interpreting insights, assessing risk and making informed decisions.
“As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, forward-thinking clubs are demonstrating leadership by adopting technology that strengthens risk management, customer due diligence and regulatory reporting. We’re proud to partner with respected organizations including Campsie, Burwood, St. Marys and DOOLEYS as they continue to lead the industry in leveraging technology to meet increasingly complex compliance obligations.”

In announcing the partnerships, Kinectify noted that Australian regulators have increasingly emphasised the importance of robust AML programs across the gaming sector, with AML/CTF reforms expected to further elevate compliance requirements. It added that technology is playing an increasingly important role in helping venues keep pace with expanded compliance obligations, identify risk, streamline investigations and support regulatory reporting requirements.
Kinectify said it is deploying localized capabilities designed specifically for the Australian regulatory environment, including AUSTRAC reporting workflows that support Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) and Threshold Transaction Reports (TTRs), aimed at helping operators streamline reporting processes while maintaining strong compliance standards and meeting evolving regulatory expectations.
“As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, gaming operators need technology that helps them better understand customer activity, identify potential risks earlier and make more informed decisions,” said Nathan Titmuss, interim CEO at DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club.
“Kinectify’s platform provides greater visibility into customer risk and helps streamline key compliance processes, enabling our team to focus on the areas that matter most while supporting our ongoing commitment to responsible operations and regulatory compliance.”
