Wynn Al Marjan Island, the US$5.7 billion integrated resort being developed by Wynn Resorts in the United Arab Emirates, has released first details of a prime attraction at its UAE integrated resort project: Wynn Beach.
According to information posted on the company’s social media accounts, Wynn Beach is a 550-meter stretch of shoreline with a sheltered lagoon and a 319-meter offshore reef that will form the waterfront heart of Wynn Al Marjan Island.
“This is unlike anything in our portfolio,” Wynn explained. “As Wynn Resorts’ first beachfront destination, it’s a chance to create something entirely new; white sand and deep, open beaches meeting the calm, crystal-clear waters of the Arabian Gulf. Waters made for swimming, snorkelling, paddleboarding and long, unhurried days in the sun.
“And it’s alive. Just offshore, engineered reef units are already helping a new marine habitat take hold, with coral forming, marine life returning and osprey nesting nearby. A living ecosystem, growing alongside the resort.”
Wynn Beach will, the company added, comprise three distinct areas in Resort Beach, Adult Beach and Enclave Beach featuring everything from intimate shaded cabanas to a private bungalow with its own plunge pool and butler service. The areas will boast a combined 61 cabanas and 372 chaise lounges.
Wynn Resorts recently announced a September 2027 opening date for Wynn Al Marjan Island, with a total construction cost of around US$5.7 billion following an estimated US$600 million cost increase.
