Wynn Palace has launched an array of new set menus for customers of its unique food destination Gourmet Pavilion.
Three restaurants at the Asian culinary landmark – Sushi Masa, Fat Boy Dumplings and Wumamii Beef Noodles – have introduced the set menus.
Omakase restaurant Sushi Masa brings to life the time-honored concept of “seasonal dining,” with ingredients picked at peak flavor, delivered fresh daily and expertly prepared right before your eyes. Blending tradition with innovation, the restaurant’s chefs craft unforgettable, one-of-a-kind creations designed to captivate and inspire, offering a stunning and accessible introduction to the joy of Omakase.
It now has a MOP$388 Omakase set featuring a seasonal appetizer, another appetizer, eight pieces of sushi, a seasonal handroll sushi, soup and a dessert.
Fat Boy Dumplings transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary, with Executive Chef Zhang Zhi Cheng – affectionately known as “Fat Boy” – from Wynn Macau’s Drunken Fish applying his culinary mastery to elevate the art of dumpling-making, showcasing authentic Beijing flavors with contemporary flair.
Every dumpling served at Fat Boy Dumplings is a work of art with a chewy but delicate hand-rolled skin and premium fillings selected to surprise and delight.
The restaurant now has three new noodles sets available for just MOP$138, featuring three signature options: Lanzhou Beef Noodles, Knife Shaved Noodles with Pork Belly and Egg, and Hand Pulled Flat Noodles in Chili Oil. Each set is accompanied by Spicy and Sour Cucumber, Toothpick Beef and Homemade Yogurt, offering a complete and satisfying meal.
Last but not least is Wumamii Beef Noodles, a brand that has become legendary in Taiwan, where diners are willing to make reservations months in advance for a chance to taste their distinctive tomato-braised broth and meticulously selected ingredients.
Using a recipe masterfully honed over 2,000 days, Wumamii’s beef noodles offer a symphony of texture and flavor in every bite. Their signature slow-cured tomato broth features a deep umami richness with a refined fruity nuance, a perfect complement to tender beef tendons and robust beef shank.
At its Macau outlet, Wumamii Beef Noodles now offers two MOP$208 set menus: the “Beef Noodles Set” and the “Spicy Beef and Beef Tendon Noodles Set”. Both are accompanied by Spicy Duck Blood Curd, Marinated Dried Tofu and a choice of beverage.
