Inside Asian Gaming has released the official highlights video for Macau After Dark (MAD 36), held at The Garden House at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau on Tuesday 7 July.
The event attracted a strong turnout of around 150 industry representatives who enjoyed the luxurious surrounds of one of GLP’s newest venues and a spectacular menu curated and served by the team behind SJM’s MICHELIN-recognized restaurants.
The chefs – Ken Chong and Fabiano Palombini, respectively Head Chefs of the newly MICHELIN one-starred Palace Garden and Don Alfonso 1890; and Herlander Fernandes, Head Chef of MICHELIN-selected Mesa by José Avillez – treated MAD guests to some of the finest food Macau has to offer, underscoring SJM’s outstanding reputation as a regional fine-dining leader.

Debuting back in early 2019, MAD is a regular series of industry networking social events held in the Asian gaming hubs of Macau and Manila. Each MAD brings together key industry decision-makers with the people they want to meet in a relaxed and friendly environment.
The series returns with Manila After Dark (MAD 37) at Grand Bar and Lounge at Newport World Resorts on the evening of Monday 14 September, doubling as the welcome drinks for this year’s IAG EXPO.
