IGT has announced the appointment of gaming industry veteran Patrick Ramsey, former CEO of Multimedia Games and head of Aristocrat’s digital business, to the Board of Directors of Voyager TopCo GP, LLC – the parent of IGT and Everi.
The company said that Ramsey’s appointment reinforces it strategic leadership as it continues to expand and innovate across gaming, digital, systems and financial technology.
According to IGT, Ramsey brings extensive experience spanning gaming operations, technology, product strategy and business transformation, having advised and led organizations through “periods of growth, innovation and market expansion.” This includes having served as CEO of Multimedia Games, the Everi subsidiary renowned for producing high-stakes bingo gaming and video lottery gaming systems, and as Chief Digital Officer for rival Aristocrat.
“Pat’s broad industry perspective and deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem make him a valuable addition to the Voyager Board,” said Daniel Cohen, Chairman of Voyager TopCo GP, LLC.

In addition to joining the Voyager Board, Ramsey currently serves on the Board of Grupo Codere and is on the Operating Council of Arrow International.
