Philippines online platform provider PhilWeb reported net income after tax of Php13.9 million (US$232,000) in the three months to 31 March 2026, aided by its expanded provision of services to online gaming operators across the country. The Q1 result reversed the Php25.5 million (US$426,000) loss reported in the same period last year.
In a Philippine Stock Exchange filing, PhilWeb said its total revenues for the quarter grew by 30.4% to Php233.1 million (US$3.9 million), “primarily driven by revenue generated from eGaming Solutions, which provides online gaming platform technology, systems integration, content distribution and operational support to licensed operators within the regulated gaming sector.”
EBITDA of Php23.5 million (US$393,000) also reversed an EBITDA loss of Php3.0 million (US$50,000) recorded in the same period last year.
PhilWeb has been highly active in the weeks since it underwent a change of ownership, announcing partnership deals with Hann Casino Resort, Okada Manila, NUSTAR and Newport World Resorts, and entering a strategic service agreement with FBM Philippines supporting its network of gaming machines and venues.
It also confirmed recently it had received accreditation under regulator PAGCOR’s new framework for gaming affiliates and support service providers.
