Macau restaurants have received a total of 31 stars in the 2026 Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau, two more than the 29 stars received last year and with some new recipients added to the honor list.
The 18th edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau was unveiled during a ceremony at SJM’s Grand Lisboa Palace Resort on Thursday night, with a total of 96 establishments recognized across the two cities. This included 21 dining establishments in Macau.

Two restaurants, Jade Dragon at Melco’s City of Dreams Macau and Robuchon au Dôme at SJM’s Grand Lisboa, retained their elite three-star, while the same six restaurants awarded two stars in 2025 received two stars this time around: Alaine Ducasse at Morpheus (City of Dreams) Chef Tam’s Seasons (Wynn Palace), Feng Wei Ju (StarWorld), The Eight (Grand Lisboa), The Huaiyang Garden (The Londoner Macao) and Wing Lei (Wynn Macau).
The 13 restaurants to receive one Michelin star in 2026 included two new additions in Don Alfonso 1890 and Palace Garden, both located at Grand Lisboa Palace. Those to have retained their star were 8½ Otto e Mezzo – Bombana (Galaxy Macau), Aji (MGM Cotai), Five Foot Road (MGM Cotai), Lai Heen (Galaxy Macau), Mizumi (Wynn Palace), Pearl Dragon (Studio City), Sushi Kinetsu (City of Dreams), Sushi Kissho by Miyakawa (Galaxy Macau), Ying (Altira Macau), Zi Yat Heen (Four Seasons Macau) and Zuicho (Grand Lisboa).
“The culinary scene in Hong Kong and Macau, China highlights the unwavering spirit of hospitality, defined by a commitment to resilience and boundless evolution,” said Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the MICHELIN Guide.
“Re-openings and exciting debuts inject new vitality, and the continued revival of nostalgic and classic styles speaks to diners’ deep emotional connections. Our inspectors have been truly impressed by the consistency, innovation and diversity found in these two dynamic cities.
“Some well-known restaurants, even after relocation, have retained their traditional flavors, while others, after renovations, have returned to the list, demonstrating their outstanding standards.
“This year, we also recognize the growing influence of regional flavors from mainland China, where ingenious fusion and harmony of distinctive ingredients and local seasonings shape Hong Kong and Macau as thriving hubs for culinary exchange.”
