Philippines eGames giant DigiPlus Interactive Corp has reported net income of Php12.6 billion (US$211 million) in 2025, basically flat year-on-year on a 12% increase in total revenues to Php84.2 billion (US$1.41 billion). Adjusted EBITDA grew by 2% to Php14.2 billion (US$238 million).
In announcing its results, DigiPlus noted that it had enjoyed a particularly strong performance in the first half of the year before experiencing a “temporary moderation in activity” following the third-quarter delinking of e-wallet in-app access to licensed online gaming platforms.
As such, its 4Q25 revenues fell 27% year-on-year to Php17.3 billion (US$290 million) with net income down 36% to Php2.5 billion (US$41.9 million) and EBITDA dropping 32% to Php3.1 billion (US$52.0 million).
Despite this, it described the company’s full-year performance as showing resilience amid an evolving regulatory and competitive landscape, supported by disciplined execution in its retail games segment and targeted operational initiatives.
“Despite a challenging and evolving industry landscape, DigiPlus delivered a resilient performance in 2025, reflecting the strength of our platforms, disciplined execution, and the trust of our users,” said DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco said. “As we look ahead, we remain optimistic about our growth trajectory and are confident in our ability to continue innovating responsibly while creating long-term value.”
DigiPlus, which recently revealed a move into the land-based gaming space via the acquisition of a controlling stake in New Coast Hotel Manila operator International Entertainment Corp, has declared a cash dividend of Php0.83 per share, representing a total payout of Php3.8 billion (US$63.7 million) or 30% of FY25 consolidated net income.
