Leading industry media and events company Inside Asian Gaming (IAG), alongside its sister brand Complete iGaming (CiG), is pleased to announce the launch of the Expert Contributor Program and the appointment of its first Expert Contributor, Arden Consult’s Marie Antonette “Tonet” B. Quiogue.
The Expert Contributor Program formalizes collaborations between IAG and select leading specialists possessing deep expertise within specific jurisdictions or technical disciplines. Expert Contributors are intended to be rare appointments, typically limited to one individual per field and geography, reflecting exceptional subject-matter authority and credibility.

Through this initiative, IAG will leverage the insights of recognized experts within its extensive regional reach to deliver high-value analysis and informed perspectives to the industry. IAG sister brand Complete iGaming (see completeigaming.com) is concurrently launching an equivalent program, of which Tonet is also the first Expert Contributor.
Under the Expert Contributor Agreement, Tonet will provide timely written, audio and video commentary on legal, regulatory and industry developments across Asia-Pacific, with particular focus on the Philippines and online gaming. Relevant content produced by Tonet will be offered first to IAG or CiG either exclusively or prior to distribution elsewhere. In turn, IAG will give Tonet first consideration for matters requiring expert legal analysis relating to Philippine gaming.
Tonet is the founder of Arden Consult and is widely regarded as a leading authority on Philippine gaming law. She advises multinational clients across land-based and online gaming, providing counsel on transactional, corporate, and regulatory matters within the Philippines’ complex legal environment.
Her experience includes structuring compliant joint ventures and investments, securing PAGCOR licenses and accreditations, and resolving regulatory issues involving government agencies at both local and national levels. She has also played a prominent role in advancing the recognition of Special Class Business Processing Outsourcing operators (SCBPOs) and represents many of the country’s largest operators.
Tonet’s client base spans casinos, gaming machine manufacturers, online gaming operators, sports betting and lottery operators, gaming exhibitors, technology suppliers, and payment and systems processors. She is well-versed in the compliance standards of heavily regulated jurisdictions, including Nevada, Malta, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
