MGM announced Thursday that it will adjust the salaries of eligible team members starting from 23 March.

The company stated that eligible team members will receive a 2% salary increase, benefiting 99% of its team members. For team members with a monthly salary of MOP$16,000 (US$2,000) or below, a standard salary adjustment of MOP$500 (US$62.50) will be granted. The overall salary adjustment ranges from approximately 2% to 4.5%.

Pansy Ho, Chairperson and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, said, “MGM extends its heartfelt gratitude to every team member for standing alongside the company over the years and for their dedication and innovative thinking in continuously enhancing our products and services. The Company is delighted to share the fruits of our collective efforts with everyone.

“As we step into a new year, the ‘15th Five-Year Plan’ is set to begin, bringing new development opportunities for Macau. MGM remains committed to supporting the policies of our nation and the SAR Government and will join hands with our team and all sectors of society to inject fresh momentum into Macau and create a brighter future together.”

MGM earlier announced that a one month bonus benefiting approximately 95% of its team members would be paid on 21 January 2026.

With this, all six concessionaires in Macau have announced year-end bonuses and salary adjustments. For bonuses, all six concessionaires are offering an amount equivalent to one month’s salary, while for salary adjustments, each is providing a 2% increase for employees earning over MOP$16,000 per month.
