Galaxy Entertainment Group has announced that a 2025 Discretionary Bonus equivalent to one month’s salary will be awarded to eligible team members.
According to information from the company, the bonus will apply to all employees at Senior Manager grade and below “in appreciation of their hard work and contributions over the past year” and will cover around 97% of team members. It will be paid on 9 February 2026.
Reviewing its performance over the past year, GEG said it has continued to promote Macau’s “tourism+” cross-sector integration through its portfolio of hotel brands, versatile facilities and venues and large-scale events, and that it has gained recognition and support from the community and stakeholders, receiving multiple awards.
It added that, since 2023, it has hosted more than 1,000 events spanning entertainment performances, sports, MICE and cultural and arts programs, with the aim of supporting Macau’s “1+4” adequate diversification development strategy and enriching the city’s positioning as a “World Centre of Tourism and Leisure”.
On talent development, GEG emphasized that it regards team members as valuable assets and has continued to provide career development platforms and a range of training resources and programs to help team members strengthen professional capabilities and enhance overall competitiveness.
GEG expressed its gratitude to team members and said it looks forward to continuing to work together under the belief of “One Team, One Goal”.
