Korean integrated resort Jeju Dream Tower recorded casino sales of KRW476.6 billion (US$330 million) in 2025, representing a 61.8% year-on-year increase according to information from the property’s operator, Lotte Tour Development Co Ltd.

The surge in casino sales came on the back of a 54.1% rise in visitation throughout the year to 590,332 and included table game sales of KRW455.6 billion (US$315 million), up 64.9%, and machine sales of KRW21.1 billion (US$14.6 million), up 14.4%. Total drop amount was also up 60.3% to KRW2.77 trillion (US$1.91 billion).

Hotel sales for the year fell by 4.8% to KRW80.6 billion (US$55.9 million) despite a strong finish to the year in December, when hotel sales grew by 16.0% month-on-month and 36.8% year-on-year to KRW7.53 billion (US$5.2 million).

Seasonality impacted the gaming floor in December, with casino sales falling 20.2% compared with November to KRW41.0 billion (US$28.4 million) although this was still 73.8% higher than December 2024. Property visitation of 50,657 in December was slightly higher than the 50,620 visitors in November and considerably higher than the 36,490 who visited a year earlier.

Jeju Dream Tower is the tallest building in Jeju at 38 floors or 169 meters high and features a retail mall, 14 restaurants and bars, an outdoor pool deck, top floor skydeck with lounge, two spas and a casino boasting 150 tables and 300 slot machines. Its hotel offers 1,600 all-suite rooms operated under the Grand Hyatt brand.

The casino was relocated from its former home at the smaller Lotte Hotel Jeju in June 2021 and covers more than 5,000 square meters, offering 141 gaming tables, 190 slot machines and 71 electronic table games.
