MGM China has announced that eligible team members will receive a salary increase on 24 March, ranging from approximately 2.5% to 5.5%.

MGM noted that eligible team members with a monthly salary of MOP$16,000 or less will see an increase to their salary of a flat MOP$600, which is equivalent to an increase of approximately 2.5% to 5.5%.

MGM said it expects 99% of its team members to benefit.

Pansy Ho, Chairperson and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, stated, “We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our team members for their wholehearted dedication in moving forward hand in hand with the company.

“In the new year, MGM will fully support the policy implementation of the SAR Government as always; pragmatically promote the development all-for-one cultural tourism, while working with the team to continue enrich the essence of Macau as ‘One Center, One Platform, One Base’.”

MGM previously announced that a non-recurring bonus equivalent to one month’s salary will be paid to 95% of the team as a token of appreciation for their outstanding contributions and efforts over the past year.
