Electronic Table Games (EGM) developer Spintec has inked a long-term strategic partnership with Germany’s Merkur Group aimed at taking advantage of each company’s global gaming expertise.

In a joint statement, the companies said the partnership is designed to leverage key synergies in the development and implementation of new products, thereby expanding both companies’ portfolios. The partnership also aims to tap into new gaming markets, further enhancing the presence of both brands in the international gaming world.

Expanding reach and capabilities in existing key markets is also a core goal of this strategic alliance, they explained.

“The Merkur Group is known to us as a trustworthy, reliable and innovative gaming expert,” said Spintec CEO Goran Miškulin.

“Being able to benefit from the expertise of a globally successful gaming corporation is a great asset for us. By pooling our competencies, we will be able to further expand both companies’ market presence and gain additional competitive advantages across the value chain.

“We are excited about this significant step and are confident that the new partnership will drive further growth and enhance the value of both companies.”

Dominik Raasch, CEO of adp Merkur GmbH, the responsible subsidiary of the Merkur Group, added, “Spintec is a true expert in its field and a tremendous addition to our product portfolio. I am certain that this alliance will unlock promising synergies and drive the sustainable growth of both companies. Personally, and on behalf of the entire Merkur family, I look forward to this strengthened partnership with great optimism.”
