Scientific Games Corp’s new social gaming arm, SciPlay Corporation, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 22 million shares of Class A common stock.
The shares will be offered at US$16.00 per share, with the underwriters granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.3 million shares at the IPO price.
In an announcement, Scientific Games said the shares would begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market from last Friday 3 May under the ticker symbol “SCPL” with the is expected to close this Tuesday 7 May.
The company has previously stated it hopes to raise up to US$352 million via its IPO, with the proceeds to be used to reduce debt.
