JKS Tech Solutions, the Philippine-based B2B platform provider in which PhilWeb Corporation recently agreed to acquire a 30% stake, has announced a partnership with B2B digital gaming content and software provider MegaWin under which JKS will provide the technology that allows local gaming businesses to offer MegaWin’s games to their customers.
This essentially allows such businesses to avoid having to build and host the necessary technology themselves.
According to information filed by PhilWeb on Friday, the investment in JKS and subsequent partnership with MegaWin support the company’s strategy of expanding its technology-enabled gaming services business and reinforce its position as a trusted technology and commercial partner by building recurring revenue streams from licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.
“The MegaWin partnership secured by JKS builds on the momentum of our recent agreements and is another step in PhilWeb’s long-term strategy of expanding its technology-enabled gaming services business,” said PhilWeb Chairman Lance Gokongwei.
Under the arrangement, JKS will provide hosted services through remote technology infrastructure and API-enabled integration – enabling domestic ecosystem partners to offer MegaWin’s portfolio of interactive gaming content to their end users with zero-latency performance and in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements. Services are targeted to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to applicable regulatory approvals and contractual arrangements, PhilWeb explained.
It added that this follows the recent announcement of exclusive arrangements with global content providers Pragmatic Play and Games Global, “further advancing the company’s objective of building a diversified portfolio of technology-enabled offerings for the regulated Philippine gaming market.”
PhilWeb said it expects the exclusive partnership to deepen its existing operator relationships across an interconnected B2B digital ecosystem that includes Okada Manila, Hann Online, NUSTAR Online, FBM Philippines, NWR Play, and PT Gaming. It also expects the partnership to create opportunities for further growth as additional operators adopt the hosted gaming services the partnership makes available.
“With JKS adding another respected international gaming services provider, our network of licensed operators, spanning luxury integrated casino resorts and premier domestic platforms, will have access to a broader and more diversified range of offerings. At the same time, we continue to build scalable and recurring revenue streams through technology-enabled services,” Gokongwei said.
