Macau-based gaming product distributor Asia Pioneer Entertainment Holdings Limited reported a 47.3% year-on-year growth in total revenue to HK$33.9 million (US$4.3 million) for the six months to 30 June 2026, pushing profit to HK$2.3 million (US$293,270) – up from HK$24,959 (US$3,180) a year earlier.
The company explained that this was due to surging demand for equipment replacement and technical upgrades across integrated resorts in Macau and Southeast Asia, with the core electronic gaming equipment (EGE) and technical support services segment accounting for 97.3% of revenue at HK$33 million (US$4.2 million).
“We are very pleased with our financial performance in the first half of 2026,” said APE’s Chairman and Executive Director, Allen Tat Yan Huie.
“As Asia’s gaming and entertainment sector shifts rapidly toward high-tech experiences and non-gaming initiatives, demand from integrated resorts for next-generation EGE continues to climb. Our 47.3% revenue growth reflects not only our market leadership in Macau but also our strategic product expansion. We remain highly confident in our growth momentum for H2 and the long-term outlook across the region.”
APE earlier this year announced a new partnership with playing card brand BEE to establish a playing card factory in Macau, alongside introducing smart cash-handling tech solutions.
It also explained in its 1H26 interim report that it is looking to expand its reach across the region, having submitted a licensed supplier application in the UAE where it expects regulatory feedback during 2H26, and similarly having initiated supplier license applications in Japan.
In Singapore, APE said it is collaborating closely with manufacturing partners on product licensing, positioning the company for large-scale equipment sales upon approval. It is also eying a move beyond traditional EGE supply into broader casino operations and floor management solutions to scale operations and broaden geographic reach, the company explained.
