Wynn Macau Ltd has entered into a Resort Marketing Services Agreement with Wynn Marketing (Portugal) – a new Portugal-based subsidiary of parent company Wynn Resorts Ltd – under which the entity will provide Wynn Macau with international marketing and promotional services for its Macau resorts.

By engaging a company linked to the parent, Wynn Macau said it can ensure that marketing efforts are conducted through a uniform marketing plan for all casino resorts bearing the “Wynn” brand name and therefore provide a consistent image and style globally.

Under the terms of the deal, Wynn Marketing (Portugal) will provide foreign resident staff to the group through secondment arrangements, allowing such staff to enjoy certain benefits relating to pension, personal income tax and health and life insurance.

In return, Wynn Macau will reimburse Wynn Marketing (Portugal) for all marketing and staff costs as well as paying a 5% service fee.

According to information filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Wynn Marketing (Portugal) will essentially take on some work previously handled by another Wynn Resorts entity, Wynn Marketing, located in the Isle of Man. The amount paid by Wynn Macau to Wynn Marketing was US$8.6 million in 2024 and US$5.9 million in 2025. The combined cap for 2026, with Wynn Marketing (Portugal) now joining Wynn Marketing as an additional service provider, is set at US$21.5 million.

Wynn Macau said the overall marketing needs of the group remain unchanged.
