Melco Resorts & Entertainment announced that, starting from 1 March 2026, paid maternity leave for female team members will be extended from the current 70 days to 90 days, while paid paternity leave for male team members will be increased from five days to seven days – reflecting similar moves by other concessionaires.

Melco said the measures will apply to eligible Macau colleagues who have completed one year of service. By enhancing these benefits, the company aims to further strengthen its family-friendly workplace policies, providing colleagues with meaningful support during important life milestones.

“At Melco, our Colleagues are our most important asset,” said Lawrence Ho, Chairman and CEO of Melco.

“We are deeply committed to providing an exceptional working environment and we are pleased to offer these enhanced maternity and paternity benefits as part of our core family-friendly policies.

“We will continue striving to be an employer of choice by supporting our Colleagues in achieving a healthy balance between work, family and personal wellbeing.”
