Las Vegas-based gaming services firm AA Slots has opened its first Asian office and outlined plans to expand across Southeast Asia via a newly agreed partnership with Macau’s LT Game, consultancy Kairos Gaming and China-based technology company LST Future.

According to information provided to Inside Asian Gaming, AA Slots – headed by Anneck Ackasone – specializes in slot machine servicing, technical support, logistics coordination and factory-level refurbishment.

It said the newly established Laos office will operate as a regional technical and service hub, supporting Phase One of a new international integrated resort project and broader gaming operations across Southeast Asia.

The expansion, it added, reflects AA Slots’ strategic intent to deliver hands-on technical expertise and international operational standards within emerging and established gaming jurisdictions in the region.

As part of the four-way partnership, AA Slots will oversee technical logistics, machine commissioning, preventative maintenance frameworks and technical advisory services for the operation, while LT Game will supply gaming machines and a casino management system (CMS) drawn from its established technology portfolio, which has been successfully deployed across multiple Asian jurisdictions.

Kairos Gaming will provide regional operational management support, regulatory coordination and on-the-ground execution, and LST Future will provide gaming hardware solutions designed to integrate with LT Game machines and CMS, pending technical and regulatory approval for deployment at the venue.

“The opening of AA Slots’ Asian office represents an important step forward for gaming operations in Southeast Asia,” said Paul Simmons, CEO of Kairos Gaming.

“This project brings together international technical standards, experienced global partners and strong regional execution. For Kairos, it reinforces our commitment to supporting professionally managed, sustainable resort operations across the region.”

AA Slots’ Ackasone added, “Laos offers a compelling strategic location at the heart of Southeast Asia, with growing regional connectivity and access to multiple neighboring markets. Establishing our first Asian office here allows AA Slots to efficiently support regional operations while working closely with trusted partners such as LT Game and Kairos Gaming. This collaboration reflects our long-term commitment to Asia and to delivering international technical standards throughout the region.”

Eddie Au, COO of LT Game, said, “LT Game is pleased to collaborate with AA Slots, Kairos Gaming and LST on this project, providing our proven gaming technology and advanced systems to support the successful launch of integrated resort operations regionally. The partnership underscores our commitment to advancing the gaming industry in emerging markets while ensuring that our clients receive top-tier support and cutting-edge technology as they establish their operations.”
