SJM announced it will raise salaries for eligible employees starting 1 April to reward them for their hard work and dedication in 2025.
SJM issued an internal notice to employees stating that effective 1 April 2026, all eligible employees hired before 1 January 2026 will receive the salary increase. Eligible employees with monthly salaries of MOP$16,000 (US$2,000) or below will receive a MOP$500 (US$62.50) increase while eligible employees with monthly salaries above MOP$16,000 will receive a 2% increase.
In the notice, SJM Executive Director Daisy Ho stated, “We extend our sincere gratitude to all employees for their professionalism and valuable contributions.
“Let us continue to work together with mutual support, pursuing excellence with unwavering conviction and innovative thinking, and jointly propel the company toward a brighter future.”
SJM previously announced it will distribute a one-month discretionary bonus to all eligible employees on 30 January.
