Wynn has become the latest of Macau’s concessionaires to announce a pay rise for staff, revealing Tuesday that eligible employees of Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace – excluding senior management – will receive an increase of 2% to 4.5%.
The salary adjustment will take effect on 1 March 2026 and will benefit 98% of the company’s 11,803 employees.
Eligible team members earning a monthly salary of MOP$16,000 (US$2,000) or below will receive a unified salary increase of MOP$500 (US$62.50), representing an increase of 3.1% to 4.5%. For eligible employees with monthly salaries above MOP$16,000, an average salary increase of 2% will be applied.
Linda Chen, President, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Wynn Macau, Limited, stated, “The company’s success is built on the tireless efforts and dedication of every team member. We hope to share the fruits of our achievements by increasing salaries.
“This year is particularly meaningful as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Wynn Macau and the 10th anniversary of Wynn Palace. We look forward to continuing this journey together, striving for new milestones for Wynn and Macau, and embracing an even brighter future.”
Wynn previously announced that a special allowance equivalent to one month’s salary will be paid to all eligible employees on 30 January 2026.
