SJM is the latest of Macau’s concessionaires to announce it will distribute a one-month discretionary bonus to its employees.
In an internal email sent to employees on Friday and seen by IAG, SJM stated that the bonus was intended to express gratitude for the team’s outstanding contributions and dedication over the past year.
Daisy Ho, Managing Director of SJM, stated, “In the extraordinary year of 2025, SJM fully supported the Macao SAR Government in orderly advancing the smooth transition of satellite casinos and personnel, while completing the acquisition of the L’Arc Hotel Macau to consolidate our business footprint.
“The company has also continuously enhanced product and service quality, steadily advancing business development while demonstrating exceptional resilience and sustainable momentum. These achievements are the collective result of every professional team member’s steadfast commitment and persistent efforts.
“Looking ahead to the new year, let us continue to unite our team strength, work together in harmony, strive for excellence, support the company’s innovation and expansion, advance toward broader development prospects and make positive contributions to the long-term growth of both the industry and Macau society.”
Five of Macau’s six concessionaires have now announced one-month bonus payments to employees, to be paid in the coming weeks.
