Wynn Macau Ltd has announced an annual bonus of one month’s gross salary to be granted to 98.5% of team members, which will be awarded by a combined payment of cash and Macau Pass consumption in order to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Macau.
All eligible Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace team members, which represents 98.5% of the current Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace workforce, will be paid one month’s gross salary as an annual bonus. The bonus will combine 70% in cash with 30% of the value to be placed on employees’ Macau Pass consumption cards.
“The combined payment will enable Wynn team members to continue supporting the many small and essential local businesses in our community that have been experiencing difficulties over the past 12 months,” the company said in a statement issued today.
“The bonus is being awarded to show the company’s appreciation to all employees for their dedication and commitment during what has been a uniquely challenging 2020.”
The bonus is a continuation of a theme of supporting SMEs via Macau Pass for Wynn, as the company had awarded its 13,600 employees a MOP$1,000 “WynnCare Macau Pass” in April 2020 as a way of supporting the SAR government’s stimulus measures for local SMEs.
