Aristocrat grabs the major share of the new Galaxy Macau slot floor
Asia’s leading slot machine provider, Aristocrat, unveiled its latest VIRIDIAN Widescreen™ cabinet, as well as a diverse game portfolio, at the opening of Galaxy Macau™ in Cotai.
Aristocrat has secured well over 60% of the slot installation on the gaming floor at the Galaxy Macau resort, which opened on 15th May.
David Punter, General Manager Asia Pacific, said Aristocrat is committed to maintaining its market dominance in Asia through its broad range of market specific products for the region.
“Not only has Aristocrat secured the majority of slot machines in the main gaming floor of Galaxy Macau, but this is also the highest market share of any casino opening in Asia and we are very proud to be a part of what will be one of the finest destinations in Cotai, Macau,” commented Mr Punter.

Powered by the GEN7™ platform, the VIRIDIAN WS provides players with 24% more graphics area, high resolution graphics and enhanced stereo sound. It is an example of how Aristocrat is leveraging the latest technology to deliver a more dynamic player experience.

The mass gaming hall of Galaxy Macau stretches the entire length of the casino at almost 300 meters (1,000 feet) long with 15-meter (50-feet) high ceilings and is lined with a wide assortment of retail delights and restaurants.
Stellar games line-up at G2E Asia
At G2E Asia 2011, Aristocrat will showcase an exciting line-up of new games and new game categories. Aristocrat General Manager Asia Pacific David Punter said, “This is the most exciting, most diverse product offering we have shown at G2E Asia in years, and operators and players have every reason to be very excited.”
A range of new titles displayed on our new Widescreen Viridian™ cabinet include Dragon Emperor™, Dragon Empire™, Peeking Duck™, Tiger Garden™, Choy Sun Doa™ and Fortune Fantasy™, as well as the grand return of a long-time player favourite, Mr. Cashman™, now starring in the all-new Cashman Fever™. Aristocrat will reveal four exciting new game categories at G2E Asia:
