Inside Asian Gaming and G2E Asia will co-organize the inaugural G2E Asia Awards in 2018 – the official awards of Asia’s biggest industry  trade show and exhibition, G2E Asia.

In an exciting development for the Asian gaming industry, Inside Asian Gaming and G2E Asia announced in March that they have signed an agreement to co-organize the brand new G2E Asia Awards at G2E Asia this year. The official 2018 G2E Asia Awards will be celebrated at a prestigious formal dinner event to be held on the evening of Tuesday 15 May 2018 at Macau’s newest integrated resort, MGM Cotai, which opened its doors in February. The awards will recognize excellence and innovation within Asian gaming while celebrating the success and outstanding contributions of not only gaming but also the non-gaming aspects of the entertainment industry in Asia.

The G2E Asia Awards will present a total of 12 awards:

  • • BEST CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY CONTRIBUTION
  • • BEST LOTTERY SOLUTION
  • • BEST INDUSTRY RISING STARS (Maximum of 5 winners)
  • • BEST VIP GAMING PROMOTER
  • • BEST B2B DIGITAL PLATFORM AND SOFTWARE SOLUTION
  • • BEST ELECTRONIC GAMING SOLUTION (Slots and ETGs)
  • • BEST INDUSTRY INNOVATION

The inaugural G2E Asia Awards – the official awards of G2E Asia – will be judged by a jury of peers with around 40 judges expected to take part in 2018 from a wide variety of industry sectors. Judges will be recused from voting in any categories they or their organizations are nominated for.

“After 13 years covering the Asian gaming industry, IAG is absolutely thrilled to be co-organizing the G2E Asia Awards alongside G2E Asia – and what better venue to host it than the newest integrated resort in town, MGM Cotai,” said Inside Asian Gaming CEO Andrew W Scott.

“Our team has put an enormous effort into making the event one to remember with a superb venue, world-class entertainment and sumptuous food. But most importantly it will be a night to honor the best of the best in our industry.”

Chief Operating Officer of Reed Exhibitions East China, Josephine Lee, added, “Reed Exhibitions is excited to collaborate with Inside Asian Gaming in presenting the inaugural G2E Asia Awards at Macau’s newest integrated resort, MGM Cotai. The G2E Asia Awards are the official awards of Asia’s number one key gaming industry trade show and conference, G2E Asia, and we expect it to become a regular fixture on the annual industry calendar. We look forward to welcoming our industry friends to this special night.”

A number of sponsorship have already been taken up for the inaugural official G2E Asia Awards, which will be announced this week, but some still remain. Visit G2EAsiaAwards.com for more.

G2E Asia will celebrate its 12th year in 2018 and continues to set the standard as the region’s biggest and best gaming industry trade show. It is the time of year that draws the entire industry together in the global gaming capital of Macau and many leading industry executives will be at the G2E Asia Awards to celebrate
the industry’s achievements over the past 12 months. Seats at the G2E Asia Awards can be purchased by contacting Reed Exhibitions or Inside Asian Gaming and via G2EAsiaAwards.com.
